Before Commissioning or Requesting a Quote, Please Make Sure To Read All Terms and Conditions!
PLEASE READ ALL OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE COMMISSIONING US FOR ANYTHING.

General Terms of Service
-MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
-Must warn us of any allergies from animals to fabric softeners/detergents.
-Suit work will not be started until the suit is paid off. The Deposit
guarantees you a spot in our queue and covers cost of any materials which
will be bought once the deposit is received.
-Updates on suit progress are given on a weekly basis, generally Tuesday
evenings once suit work has begun.
-Unboxing videos are encouraged and very appreciated!
-30 Day warranty for repairs
-Services* after 30 days will be given a 20% discount on suits made by us
only
-We Do NOT Accept Deadline Dates. This is to help reduce stress on both
parties.
-We request that we are informed of refurbishments or alterations on our
creations. It helps us keep up to date with how our suits are holding up and
things we need to improve on.​
Payment and Commissioner Responsibilities
-If sending Money Order/Checks, we require you to send them via Certified
Mail. This will ensure that both parties involved know where the money is
and when it has been received. You, the Commissioner, will be held
accountable for any money lost via mail.
-If making payments it is You, the Commissioner's, responsibility to keep
up to date with contact on when money is being sent. We work with you so
you can make payments as needed and we will not hound for payments. It
is preferred that the first Payment be made to cover the Non Refundable
Deposit to hold you place in our Queue and so that materials may be
ordered unless otherwise discussed.
-Commissioner is responsible to provide needed information and/or items
necessary to proceed. Crush's CC is not liable for failure to deliver
commission if The Commissioner fails to provide said necessities.
-If a refund is desired by The Commissioner, if any parts are completed
(and are desired by The Commissioner) will be shipped and a partial refund
will be given. If parts are not desired, items will be adjusted and sold as a
premade.

SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING IS PAID SEPARATELY, IT IS NOT INCLUDED ON THE BASE PRICES OR QUOTES OF OUR CREATIONS. It is the commissioner’s responsibility to pay shipping to and from if repairs are needed even under warranty.
Due to holidays and packages are more likely to be stolen/disappear, we do not feel comfortable shipping your products during this time. Therefore, we have shipping Cutoff and Resume dates:

Cutoff: Saturday Prior to USA Thanksgiving

Resumes: First Monday after January 1st.
Rush Order Fees:
-Our commission slots are a first come, first served basis ranked by the order of who paid when. If you need a rush order, there will be an extra fee of at least 10% depending on difficulty and size of what is being done. In the case that 2 rush orders are in the commission slot, they will fall into which deadline is first.
